Service Description

During your trademark consultation we will cover the trademark process, costs, filing considerations, and the typical timeframe for examination of a trademark application. By the end of the consultation, you will have a clearer understanding of how the trademark process works, what to expect moving forward, and whether pursuing trademark registration is the right next step for your business. This consultation can also be scheduled to review other issues, such as maintenance documents, renewals, and Statement of Use filings (fees and costs not included). $100 non-refundable flat fee! If the Firm is retained within seven (7) days of our call, the fee will credited to the firm's initial retainer.
