Appointments Scheduled with Firm

All appointments are conducted by phone unless otherwise requested. You must provide a valid phone number so we may contact you at the time of your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@lindsaylanelaw.com. We’re happy to help.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your initial payment will not be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

A five-minute grace period applies to all scheduled calls. If you fail to answer or return the call within five minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no call, no show. If you are deemed a no call, no show, any future appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system, and an additional consultation fee will be required.

All fees are non-refundable, and no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued.

An attorney–client relationship is not formed by scheduling or participating in a consultation, submitting an inquiry, completing an intake form, or communicating with the firm in any manner. An attorney–client relationship is created only after (1) the firm has completed a conflict check, (2) both parties have agreed in writing to the representation, and (3) a written engagement agreement has been executed.
